I have tried SO MANY meal prep companies, and THIS is the company that has my lifetime loyalty. Everything is so delicious and FRESH, which has always been an issue with other companies. The owners of this company are so passionate and giving and you can tell through the service they provide and the food they create. As a full time working mom, I want to provide my family with food that is good and good FOR them and this company helps me do that. TRY THEM. You’ll be hooked.

Two weeks ago, I won 6 free meals from Smile More. Terel was so accommodating in getting the meals to me. I started a new job this week (along with my internship) and was excited to have food already made. I got two spaghetti, two beef patties with green beans and rice, and two chicken with veggies pasta and corn. ALL THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! This is after being reheated! I was especially impressed with the depth of flavour of the meat and that it didn't dry out at all, either in my fridge or reheated. The side dishes also had a special flavour that made me feel like I'm eating healthier without sacrificing any flavour, and having it already portioned was a huge benefit, especially with the level of freshness. I am excited to try future meals, and reorder some of my new favorite meals
